At the highest levels of NMGM/PAFS, a decision has been made.
As NMGM/PAFS is both a military institution and the sole legal government of Shearbank- Shearbank is currently under military government.
The military, composed of Shearbank patriots dedicated to fighting for the honor and glory of SHEARBANK, has chosen to step down.
Power is to be transferred to a civilian government.
The fight for a New Malton continues. Shearbank is to be the epicenter of the New Malton- the base for the New Malton. Under the doctrine of "New Malton in One Suburb," and in order to defend Shearbank's transition to Democracy, NMGM- our Malton-wide organization- has chosen to put its power behind a new organization:
Patriotic Armed Forces of Shearbank (PAFS).
Power is to be transferred from NMGM/PAFS to the civilian government of the Democratic Republic of Shearbank, headed by the President of Shearbank.
Although this means the end of NMGM/PAFS rule in Shearbank- NMGM/PAFS (more specifically PAFS) will serve as the military wing of the Democratic Republic of Shearbank.
Our patriotic soldiers of Shearbank are to safeguard the President, enforce Presidential policy, defend the Democratic Republic of Shearbank, defend Shearbank's Democracy and defend Shearbank against enemies both internal and external. NMGM/PAFS stands ready to defend Shearbank's self-determination against foreign intervention in Shearbank.
The path to the Presidency is open to any patriotic citizen of Shearbank. Any patriotic Shearbank citizen can become President, should they win the people's vote; the Presidency is to be determined by a fair and legitimate election.
The President is to stand firm against Shearbank's enemies both foreign and domestic, the President is to decide policies for the safeguarding of Shearbank's Democracy and for the continuation of Shearbank's Transition to Democracy. The President is to serve as the Head of the Democratic Republic of Shearbank as well as Chairman of the Shearbank First! party.
NMGM/PAFS first came together in Shearbank in 2019. However, NMGM/PAFS has veteran leadership with experience in guerrilla warfare in Malton stretching back over 10 years.
NMGM/PAFS is a military organization, specializing in military affairs.
Shearbank's President shall have no need to fear assassination. Enemies of Shearbank will be unable to touch the President. They will be able to access transcripts of Presidential speeches and learn Presidential doctrines via official mediums of communications. However, they will be totally unable to harm the President.
NMGM/PAFS will ensure Presidential security. The President shall be able to act as Head of State with no fear of harm by anti-Shearbank forces.
